BOARDINGDAYCARE

adventure daycare

Our adventure day care is designed to provide physical exercise, mental enrichment and positive social experiences in carefully managed groups.

WHAT DOES ADVENTURE DAYCARE LOOK LIKE?

By 9am all dogs are on the road and heading to our first adventure location of the day. Once we arrive, we begin with loose-lead walking as we make our way to the chosen area.

Where safe dogs are given opportunities for offlead freedom or exploring on the longline allowing them to enjoy social interaction and environmental enrichment.

Around midday, the team take a break and the dogs have time to rest and recharge. Fresh water is always available and regular snack/comfort breaks are provided throughout the day.

In the afternoon, dogs enjoy either a second adventure outing or a fulfilment based training session tailored to their individual needs. Younger puppies and our senior guests are returned to our facility earlier where they can relax and rest comfortably on the sofa in a calm home environment with our team.

At the end of the day dogs are dropped off locally by 4:30pm or owners are welcome to collect between 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Later pick-ups can be arranged. All explained in our welcome pack available on request.

BOARDING frequently asked questions

Can you accommodate nervous or anxious dogs for day care and boarding?

Nervous dogs by nature settle beautifully in our home to home environment but your right some may find it overwhelming. We’ll discuss your dog’s needs honestly to determine whether day care or boarding is suitable.

Will I receive updates while my dog is staying with you?

Yes every evening! Updates are sent via your WhatsApp group. We will always aim by 8pm.

Can puppies attend day care or boarding?

Yes provided they are fully vaccinated. Puppies benefit from appropriate socialisation, rest and genetic fulfilment. During their stay this will be provided throughout.

Do you accept unneutered dogs?

Yes we accept socially neutral intact dogs. If your dog shows any signs of becoming territorial, excessive humping or conflicting behaviour with the others dogs we will remove them for safety/welfare of the other dogs.

Why choose a 1:1 home from home boarding environment?

Dogs staying in very loud or overcrowded kennels that can lead to extreme stress, lack of sleep and simply not the stay you want for your companion. Dogs naturally feel more relaxed in a home environment with home comforts where we can cater to your dogs initial needs. We offer exactly what we’d want for our own dogs!
